So true, if you don't give an outlet to negative energy... you keep it all in!!!! EFT is so useful for this, highly recommend it

EFT is so useful for this, highly recommend it I agree with you on both counts Ayolov - ALL energy needs an 'outlet' - the fact that we deem something to be 'positive' or 'negative' doesn't make it right or wrong, good or bad - these are all very personal/subjective views/judgements - best not to 'judge' anything as it just adds to the already very 'polarised' views we tend to have. The only purpose that judging serves is to divide us and keep us 'stuck' in duality. I am familiar with EFT - have a book and dvd on the subject - and have practised it in the past with great results. At this stage, I can still say that I agree it's a great modality for 'releasing' old patterns of thought, behaviour etc (mind you, that view may change as more more more of what we hold to be 'true' is debunked - though I hope that's not the case with EFT).

It's great you don't "judge" a feeling, I often find out that a fear or a block I was experiencing had a very valid reason for existing, many times to protect me. Just feeling and accepting the feeling, facing the emotion is very enlightening. As almost everything, "the Secret" and many others gave us great truths, but with enough lies to make it useless if you don't clean the information.

There's only nudges as far as I'm concerned, of whether or not to get yourself involved in something or with someone on whatever relationship it may be based upon. There is nothing to fear imo. Even death we're fine, reverse confirms this, so be selfless... but not stupid, of course. I guess a better way to say it is "don't be a hero" however there is always a time and place, and it doesn't always end up to be a sacraficial thing. Fear never protects.
